Level 1 Award in Coaching Weight Lifting (QCF)

Developed in partnership with British Weight Lifting, the 1st4sport Level 1 Award in Coaching Weight Lifting (QCF) is the first qualification on the weight lifting coaching ladder. The qualification is designed to provide learners with an introduction to the practical and theoretical aspects of coaching weight lifting.
