GB Swimmer Chris Cook will be delivering an evening workshop at 6.45pm entitled the life of an elite performer.
Chris Cook was the first British male swimmer to break the 60 second barrier for the 100m breaststroke in 2008, represented GB at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and Athens in 2004.
After competing for GB for nearly 10 years Chris hung up his trunks in 2009 and a career which saw him rise to being Double Commonwealth Champion (2006), British Record Holder, Commonwealth medallist and Olympic finalist.
Chris now uses his experience and knowledge to help others to achieve their goals using his unique story to inspire people of all ages and disciplines to follow their dreams and ambitions.
