It is confusing to know which information to trust and you wouldn’t be the first to seek advice from the person with the loudest voice, most followers or best marketing. This talk is intended to explore some of the most ridiculous fitness claims we’ve seen to date and to provide some pragmatic advice on how to think critically and train better. TRX for athletics performance: Learn how to full utilise TRX in your athletic training. This session will teach movements that will enhance your athletic performance. These movements can also be incorporated into all types of training.

Sprint 8: An efficient, fat-burning HIIT workout that gives you a complete cardio exercise experience, including warm-up and cool-down, in just 20 minutes. Since high-intensity cardio exercises are among the best for weight loss, most people will see results in just eight weeks or less.

S Drive and S Force Circuit: HIIT is a big trend at the moment and this session will demonstrate how to incorporate these two fantastic pieces of kit into your ultimate HIIT workout session.

Upper Floor Takeover: Two instructors, one floor – combining all that the Upper Floor of the Team Bath Gym has to offer in one session. From TRX to treadmills, if it is there it will be used – maximal equipment, maximal fun!

Military Boot Camp Intro: Whether you are new to exercise or advanced, this class will test your body’s limits using a range of indoor and outdoor locations within the Sports Training Village.
