Athletes are offered lifestyle and psychology support through a distance learning/email format, providing the athlete with the skills and resource, integrated through the talent development programme sessions to assist on their overall long term athlete development.
Athletes are also offered a discount on additional support services through our onsite clinic and human performance lab.

S.A.P session are a combination of the Learn to lift/strength, speed, agility and power sessions.
This session is used to work on acceleration, deceleration and to provide a foundation for speed, change of direction (non reactive) and agility (reactive). The session is used to prepare the body for speed work.
Teaching excellent and safe techniques to provide a foundation for performance lifting. Strength aspects are gained by using resistance exercises to improve sports performance.
This is the same framework as the Speed and Agility sessions but without the change of direction aspect. Generic power exercises are delivered to facilitate speed improvements.
The Talent Development Programme runs term time from September through to the July Summer Holidays, running additional ‘pay as you go’ sessions for athletes during the Summer Holidays.
Testing is delivered every six months and all athletes are required to attend unless they have a valid reason.
