Application Process, Costs and Initial Screening
Our next screening day is taking place on Saturday, September 22, 2018 – register your interest by contacting Futures Development Officer Julia Bailey on 01225 386670 or emailing email@example.com by 5pm on Monday, August 20, 2018.
Application for entry into TDC occurs via two processes; an application form followed by attendance at a subsequent screening session.
These two processes provide information on current physical activity levels, sporting commitments and performance (application form) and allow for analysis on individual movement competency, physical ability and growth and maturation information (screening session).
Prior to the initial screening, please download the application form below which must be completed by parents or guardians of athletes:

Please return the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Team Bath Talent Development Centre, Sports Development and Recreation, Sports Training Village, University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY.
If the athlete’s application is successful, athletes will be invited to the initial screening by email and further details will be provided.
Once athletes have attended the initial screening, which is free, they will receive their athlete profile screening results within four weeks. If successful in securing a place on the programme, athletes will be offered a place and offered sessions which are available. Session cost £7 per session which are paid in full for a term.
