13th in World Cup for GB pair
The British women’s bobsleigh crew of Jackie Davies and Paula Walker finished 13th in the penultimate round of the World Cup at the weekend.
The pair, who do some of their training at the University of Bath, followed up their 10th place in Italy a week ago with 13th in Winterberg, Germany at the weekend.
Gold went to Germany’s Sandra Kiriasis, who drove to her fifth straight women’s bobsleigh victory.
The final round of the 2006/7 World Cup is in Konigssee, also in Germany, next weekend.
