Exercise classes

Add some variety to your training and gain the benefits of exercising in a social, supportive environment by taking part in our instructor-led fitness classes.

We typically offer 100 fitness classes a week, divided into three categories – aerobic, body and calm – so there is something for everyone. Our classes include 30-minute and 45-minute sessions and range from yoga and pilates to our renowned Target Cycling classes.

Booking a class

Our fitness classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis and as part of a Team Bath membership which offers unlimited classes to members. Both are available to book through our online bookings system:

No-show and late cancellation policy

In order to improve class availability, we have a ‘no-show and late cancellation policy’ procedure in place. Free cancellations are available up until one hour before class commencement, after which there will be a £3.30 or £2.80 penalty charge dependent on your customer status.

Please remember to swipe through the gates using your card as this will record your attendance, you will still need to do this even if the gates are open. If you have forgotten your card please ask reception to record you as attended for the class you have booked.

Courses and workshops
