Exercise classes
Add some variety to your training and gain the benefits of exercising in a social, supportive environment by taking part in our instructor-led fitness classes, either in-studio or online.
Our fitness classes are divided into three categories – aerobic, body and calm – so there is something for everyone. They include 30-minute and 45-minute sessions and range from yoga and pilates to our renowned Target Cycling classes.
Booking a class
Our fitness classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis and as part of a Team Bath membership which offers unlimited classes to members.

Please remember to swipe through the gates using your card as this will record your attendance, you will still need to do this even if the gates are open. If you have forgotten your card please ask reception to record you as attended for the class you have booked.
Courses and workshops
