Whether your goal is to get fitter, complete a fitness industry qualification, gain some valuable work experience or get your child involved in sport, Team Bath have something to offer.
We typically offer 48 studio fitness classes a week, each of which offers something for everyone. Our classes include: x-biking; yoga; ab-attack; zumba; kettlercise; beach circuits; body conditioning; triathlon; kettle bell workouts; and leg, tums and bums. Our pilates offering includes beginners, intermediate and advanced sessions.
You can pay per session, or sign up to one of our fantastic membership deals.

Have you ever wanted to try weightlifting? Do you want to improve your technique?
Highly qualified and experienced Team Bath coach Sandra Smith will be hosting a number of sessions for gym users interested in this area.

Team Bath Training and Development provides vocational training courses for individuals looking to earn qualifications in the sport, health and fitness industries. These courses are for athletes, students or members of the public.
Our strength is in our applied approach to delivery, using the latest research and adding our own practitioner-specific content to the courses to ensure that when qualified, you have the best opportunity to be successful.
