Sport is at the heart of everything we do – and we offer something for everyone:

Whether you want to play sport recreationally, keep fit or compete for Olympic and Paralympic gold medals, our aim is to provide a positive, inspirational environment to give you every chance of succeeding in your goals.

Our base – the Sports Training Village (STV) – is home to hundreds of athletes, coaches, physiotherapists and sports scientists, as well as our team of knowledgable and friendly staff here to help you. We are fully open to the public and provide opportunities for people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors, to pursue an active, healthy lifestyle.

So get involved! Specific information related to individual sports can be found on the page menu or by clicking on the images below and we’re open throughout the week if you would like to contact us directly for more information.
