School holiday tennis camps

Join our Recreational Tennis programme for beginners and intermediate players! Enjoy a day with qualified coaches filled with drills, target hitting and fun games. Remember to bring your packed lunch!

Sessions take place at the Team Bath Sports Training Village, on the indoor or outdoor courts depending on the weather. Participants should meet at the tennis balcony by indoor Court 1 at 8.55am. Camps runs from 9am to 2pm for players aged 5 to 10, and a parent or guardian must sign participants in and out.

How to book your child’s place

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW IN ORDER TO BOOK A PLACE – THE ACCOUNTS MUST BE SET UP WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL CHILD’S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH, AND NOT THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN. NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHILD-CARE VOUCHERS.

University of Bath staff and student-parents who attend the University – please note that discounts cannot be applied to online bookings, so they must be made by email. Please see below for further details.

Method 1 – Current Members

• If you have attended a tennis session previously, please click here to login to your account with your email address and PIN number. If you have forgotten you PIN number please contact the numbers below.
• Once you have logged in, please select ‘Make a Booking’ followed by ‘Tennis Holiday Camps’. Click the course you would like to book and follow the instructions to make payment and confirm your place.
• Supply your contact details via this online form (click to access).
• You will be able to view your bookings via the ‘Manage Bookings’ tab at the top of the page.

Method 2 – Non-Members

• If you have not attended a Tennis session previously, please click here and select ‘Sign Up Now’. You will not be able to book until your account has been activated.
• Follow the instructions to sign up by entering the following information for each child you wish to book:
• Child’s name;
• Child’s date of birth;
• Parent/Guardian’s email address and mobile contact number (you are able to use the same email address for multiple children’s account, although you will need a different pin number for each child).
• Once you have set up your account, please email tennis@bath.ac.uk so we can activate your account or call reception on 01225 386339 Option 1. You will not be able to book until your account has been activated.
• Once activated, please follow the instructions in Method 1 to make a booking.

Discount bookings for University of Bath staff and student-parents who attend the University

All staff or student-parents making a bookings should email tennis@bath.ac.uk to secure their discount. You will need to email from your bath.ac.uk email address.

Team Bath Tennis holiday camp refund policy

If you wish to cancel a holiday camp booking the following processes will apply:

• If you cancel 5 days or more before the date of the session – you will be entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another session.
• If you cancel less than 5 days but more than 48 hours before the date of the camp – you will be able to transfer to another session but no refund will be available.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the date of the camp – there will be no transfer or refund available.
• Any transfer of sessions must be taken either in the same or following holiday period.
