Payment for online bookings and memberships

Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase and can be made using Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.

Failure to make payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking or membership. Connect payments are made via the Worldpay payment portal and therefore any personal payment details submitted via Worldpay will not be held by the University of Bath.

Once a membership has been purchased, please be aware that you will be required to bring along personal ID on your first visit to activate your account and gain access to the facilities.

Refund policy

Please note that online booking payments are non-refundable once a booking is made and payment is received.

Online memberships, once paid, carry a seven-day money back guarantee from the date of payment. After the seven-day period all membership subscription payments are non-refundable.

No-show and late cancellation policy

In order to improve availability, members can cancel an exercise class booking up until one hour before class commencement, after which there will be a £3.30 or £2.80 penalty charge dependent on the class and customer status. Pay-as-you-go customers cannot be refunded but can transfer classes with no penalty charge up to one hour prior to class commencement. Click here for full details [PDF].
