Marathon man arrives at Bath tomorrow (Tuesday 12 April)

Multi-marathon man Andy McMenemy will run his 28th ultra marathon in successive days at the University of Bath tomorrow (Tuesday 12 April).

Andy has set himself the task of running a total of 66 ultra marathons – one a day over 66 days – to raise money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. Each ultra-marathon is a 50km run – approximately 31 miles.

He started his challenge in Leeds on 16 March and he is due to complete his effort in York on 20 May – with no rest days in between.

Tomorrow seems him tackle a marathon at the Sports Training Village at the University of Bath – the 28th ultra marathon on day 28 of his challenge.

Mayor of Bath, Councillor Shaun McGall, is due to start him off on his latest run at the Sports Training Village 400m running track at approximately 9am tomorrow (Tuesday).
