Coles wins European Junior crown

University of Bath student Chris Coles has collected the badminton men’s doubles title at the European Junior Championships. The Sports Performance student took the title at Vantaa in Finland partnering Matt Nottingham. The pair, who were seeded 3/4 for the tournament, came from behind to beat Germany’s Fabian Holzer and Max Schwenger, seeded two, 15-21, 21-14, 21-15 in the final.
