I started my career in the fitness industry in 2011 with a previous background in Sports Science for Performance Coaching and Physiology. I have worked with a multitude of clients with a variety of training, fitness and health related goals. Specialties include improving strength and movement, injury rehabilitation and sport-specific training.
My ethos is focused around helping you to achieve your training goals within the means of your lifestyle. This will look different for each of you. It may be to ‘Be body beautiful’ (as one of my clients call it) and still let your hair down and enjoy those little indulgences with your family and friends. Alternatively, you may be looking to maximise your sport performance whilst managing a busy work/home life. We will look to find the right fit for you and hopefully have some fun along the way!
