Over my seven years of experience and development in the industry, I have learned how to balance applying general principles with individual difference to help any client succeed in their goals. I work with absolute beginners who are finding their feet in fitness, to seasoned athletes looking for their edge.
I draw from my yoga teaching experience to ground each client’s journey in the basics of breath and safe movement, and specialise in strength training and mobility development.
I have competed in UKBFF Men’s physique and LOWA Olympic style weightlifting.
