I have been working in the fitness industry since 2021, supporting a range of ages and abilities to improve confidence through fitness.
I began self-taught calisthenics in 2024 and enjoy coaching people through its foundational skills, as well as strength, balance and mobility training. I particularly value promoting women’s awareness and balance around all aspects of their health.
Regardless of your experience, I will work with you to cultivate consistency that suits your needs and availability. My approach prioritises your understanding of your own biomechanics, applying self-compassion and setting realistic but exciting goals together.
