My passion is a flexible, functional and effective approach to exercise and my workouts are high energy, challenging and fun.
If you have a particular goal in mind, I will work carefully with you to formulate a progressive plan that help keep you on the right track, pushing you to reach your targets and beyond. Most importantly, you will have fun and love what your body is able to do!
My skills and qualifications cover TRX Suspension Fitness, Studio Cycling & HIIT group fitness classes.
If I’m not working in the gym, you will usually find me outside running. This year I am aiming to run 100km every month alongside all my other coaching and work commitments, although that is not my limit.

- Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification with Premier Global.
- Suspended Fitness Instructor (TRX).
- Pre/Post Natal Exercise Instructor.
- Advanced Gym Instructor.
- Nutrition for Exercise.

- Currently working towards a Diploma in Exercise Referral.
