About Lucy
My passion is a flexible, functional and effective approach to exercise, where your programme is purposely designed to train the body for activities performed in daily life – whether you are recovering from injury, training for a specific activity or event, or investing in a fitter, stronger, resilient foundation.
Working with clients and patients with complex health conditions offers profound professional and personal rewards, including accelerated development of specialised skills, meaningful connections and the ability to witness resilience in action.
If you are a female approaching Menopause age, I offer comprehensive training courses that help you to prepare, manage and overcome what can be an extremely challenging transition through my Future Proof Female programme.
If you have a particular goal in mind, I will work carefully with you to formulate a progressive plan that will help keep you on the right track, pushing you to reach your targets and beyond. Most importantly, you will have fun and love what your body is able to do!
Beyond my work with medical professionals, my qualifications extend to TRX Suspension Fitness, Studio Cycling, Body Conditioning & HIIT group exercise classes.
If I’m not working in the gym, you will usually find me outside running, paddling on a SUP or walking my dog. I am a nature lover and explorer. I have run a self-guided 50km trail run on The Cotswold Way, raising £1,000 for charity, and the vertigo-inducing trails of the Ultra Trail de Mont Blanc – one of the most challenging trail running routes in the world. I am currently stepping into a new world of endurance road cycling.

What Lucy’s clients say
“After losing all my fitness due to cancer treatment and being left with a weakness in my neck, Lucy put together a bespoke program to build my strength back up. In less than six months I am feeling so much stronger and more confident. Lucy gives great instructions and encouragement, and made the whole process much less terrifying than I thought it was going to be.” Ben.
