Cathy is a Level 4 Sports Therapist (ActiveIQ) and founder of CGR Sports Therapy. Her background in netball, Japanese Jiu Jitsu (black belt), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, gym‑based training and touch rugby gives her a practical understanding of how the body responds to load, stress and recovery — informing her approach with every client.
Benefits of Treatment
- Improved tissue function — helping muscles work more efficiently and comfortably during sport and daily activity.
- Support for ongoing niggles — addressing recurring tension from training, work posture, or weekend activities.
- Enhanced circulation — promoting nutrient delivery and tissue recovery.
- Reduced build‑up of muscular fatigue — helping you feel fresher between sessions, matches, or busy weeks.
- Greater overall physical ease — supporting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of wellbeing.
These benefits apply equally to athletes, recreational exercisers and anyone experiencing day‑to‑day muscular tension — including parents spending long hours spectating or carrying kit around the STV!
