It’s gold & silver for graduate Endacott

12 October 2010

University of Bath graduate Katherine Endacott added a gold medal in the 4x100m relay to the individual 100m medal she won earlier this week.

The Coach Education and Sports Performance graduate led off the England quartet that took gold ahead of Ghana and India today.

Endacott, who lives in Plymouth, has also learned today that her individual 100m bronze has now been upgraded to silver following the disqualification of Nigeria’s Osayemi Oludamola.

Former University of Bath student Ryan Scott also struck relay gold. Scott, who used to train at the Sports Training Village with UKA coach Malcolm Arnold, helped the England men’s 4x100m quartet to gold today.

The University of Bath has one of the leading university sports departments in the UK. Under its Team Bath brand, its success is based on the expertise and dedication of staff, and its excellent facilities, used by the community and Olympic medal winners alike.
