They include Kadeen Corbin, Yasmin Parson and Mia Ritchie, who all featured in last season’s Superleague campaign and went on to make their senior England debuts in 2012, and Samantha Cook, who impressed in defence for Team Bath last season.

Gemma Stewart, formerly Fletcher, features in her eighth Superleague campaign – she will be the only player to have played in all eight Superleagues for Team Bath.

The 2013 squad took time out of their busy training routine this morning to take part in a pre-season photoshoot at the Roman Baths, one of the city’s most famous tourist attractions.

Jess Garland, Team Bath Head Netball Coach, said: “It’s going to be an exciting year for us. We’re doing what Team Bath always tries to do, which is to have a fusion of all the right ingredients.

“It’s great to welcome back some of our big guns, like Pamela, Stacey and Serena.

“We also have the core of the young and talented squad that did so well for us in 2012 and we’ve added some up and coming youngsters from our Netball Talent League squad.

“People will have high expectations of us this year, but they won’t be as high as our own,” she added. “Our challenge now is to make sure we combine well to make sure we are the strongest and most cohesive team we can be so that we can fulfil our ambitions.”

Team Bath are the most successful team in Superleague history, winning four of the seven competitions contested to date, with victories in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.

It as an achievement that earned the team a place in the 2013 Guinness Book of Records.
