The defender, who enjoyed a strong finish to the Vitality Netball Superleague season after returning from injury, came off the bench to help England to an 83-32 victory over Northern Ireland in the opening match.
Cook then started the remaining two games and produced some outstanding intercepts as England beat Scotland 70-26 and Wales 81-42 to pick up the trophy once again.
The players will reflect on the 2016 season when the annual Team Bath Netball end-of-season dinner takes place on Sunday (May 22).
This year it is taking place at Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton alongside the Netball South West Goalden Globes Awards.
