Application for membership of our facilities is subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013 No. 3134. This means that consumers have the ‘Right to Cancel’ their application for membership within 14 days of entering into the agreement. This will normally run from the date upon which you paid your annual membership fee or the first instalment of your monthly membership fee.
