Our cutting-edge Fitness Suite is right in the heart of the Sports Training Village. There’s nothing else quite like it in the South West.
It caters for everyone including: complete beginners; those returning to exercise after a break; regular gym-users; those recovering from injury or an operation and elite athletes. Our friendly and qualified staff are on hand to help.

Fitness is a State of Mind
At Team Bath we can’t change the weather but we can change the way you feel about it. Exercise appears to relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improve mood. Physical activity appears to improve quality of life by enhancing psychological well-being and by improving physical function in persons compromised by poor health. (ASCM 1990)
Achieving a positive mind set can do wonders for both your work and social life. Doing Exercise will improve your productivity help you to think more creatively and reduce stress.
A Fitness suite membership at the Sports Training Village could be your first step to a more healthy and positive you. We are here to help benefit staff and will offer bespoke memberships and flexibility to compliment both work and social commitments.

Have we helped you in some way or made a difference in your life?
Perhaps we’ve rehabilitated you or helped you lose weight. Perhaps your child has learnt a new skill or developed a passion for sport. Whatever it is, we’d love to hear from you. To enter our competition, please write in 100 words or less how we’ve made a difference. The winners who are selected will all win a year’s fitness membership. All we ask is that we can use your narrative in future Team Bath promotions using your name and a photo of yourself.
