Darren Atkins has followed fellow University of Bath student Josh Bayliss in signing a new contract with Bath Rugby that will see him step up into the Premiership club’s senior squad for the 2018-19 season. University of Bath-based swimmers Jazz Carlin, James Guy and Chris Walker-Hebborn won eight medals between them at the Luxembourg Euro Meet over the weekend. University of Bath students Charlie Follett and Georgia Hannam gained invaluable international experience when they were among five Pentathlon GB athletes to reach the finals of the Budapest Indoor Competition in Hungary.
