Olympic silver medallist and Bath-based swimmer Michael Jamieson has been named as an official Games ambassador for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. University of Bath student and scholar Katie Tomsett finished fifth in sailing’s World 470 Junior Championships and 30th in the seniors.
