Bath swimmers runners-up at BUCS short course champs

The University of Bath men’s and women’s teams produced some strong performances to finish runners-up at the British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) Short Course Championships. Among the top performances was Michael Jamieson’s swim in the 200m breaststroke – the Sports Performance student set a BUCS record of 2:07.04 to take gold. Burns strikes gold in Malaga

Team Bath judo player Andy Burns struck gold at the Malaga European Cup at the weekend. Burns, a University of Bath Coach Education and Sports Development graduate, won the under-90kg class.
