As a member of our Gym & Fitness Centre, you will enjoy a carefully curated onboarding experience including:

• An optional in-person induction;
• A complimentary personalised training programme;
• A dedicated progress review within your first eight weeks and thereafter.

Looking to get started right away? We also offer a streamlined fast-track option, allowing you to begin training immediately without an induction.

Our highly trained onsite team is always available to support you, offering professional guidance and personalised demonstrations to ensure you train with confidence, precision and safety using our state-of-the-art equipment.

For those seeking a more tailored approach, we invite you to experience Personal Training with a complimentary 30-minute taster session — an opportunity to discover how expert one-to-one coaching can elevate your performance and deliver exceptional results.
