Online bookings and payments
Welcome to Connect – our online booking system
Connect is our online system for booking our studio fitness classes and outdoor tennis courts. It allows you to book, pay, change and cancel bookings for all of your chosen fitness classes/court bookings at the Sports Training Village from anywhere you can connect to the internet, while helping ensure a speedier service at reception for quicker entry.
Members can continue to book up to seven days in advance and non-members three days prior to a class session.
To log into Connect you will need the following:
Team Bath+ and studio class members will already have received a unique PIN code by email. Students who do not have a PIN code can enter the email address they have registered with us and then click ‘Forgotten PIN’ to receive a new PIN code.
Non-members will simply need to register online via Join@Home (below), our online system for memberships. They will receive an email with their own personalised PIN code and will then be able to book and pay for facilities and classes via Connect on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made using Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.
Failure to make payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Connect booking payments are via the Worldpay payment portal and therefore any personal payment details submitted via Worldpay will not be held by the University.
Join@Home – our online memberships service
Join@Home is our online service for the purchase of memberships. Simply click on the below link and follow the steps outlined.
Once you have registered you will be issued with a Member ID and PIN code.
Existing student members at the Sports Training Village will already have received these by email. However, if you don’t know this you can click ‘Forgotten Member ID’ and ‘Forgotten PIN’ where appropriate and confirmation ID and PIN code will be sent to you by email.
Please note, payment is required at the time of booking or purchase of an online membership. Payments can be made with Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.

Once a membership has been purchased, please be aware that you will be required to bring along personal ID on your first visit to activate your account and gain access to the facilities.
Please note that online booking payments are non-refundable once a booking is made and payment is received.
Online memberships, once paid, carry a seven-day money back guarantee from the date of payment. After the seven-day period all membership subscription payments are non-refundable.

No-show and late cancellation policy
In order to improve class availability, as of September 2017 we are piloting a new ‘no-show and late cancellation policy’ procedure. Free cancellations are available up until one hour before class commencement, after which there will be a £3.30 or £2.80 penalty charge dependent on the class and customer status.
