Medals for University-based swimmers in Barcelona

Bath-based swimmer Siobhan-Marie O’Connor won gold in the 200m individual medley at the Mare Nostrum swimming international in Barcelona over the weekend. O’Connor, who trains at the National Centre for Swimming at the University of Bath, also set a Championships record of 2:09.63. She was part of a strong British Gas-backed British Swimming squad who came home with 13 medals, including three golds. O’Connor led the final throughout and was close to a British record....
